The Barn sits just up on the rise, offering a stylish and well-appointed farmstay experience with all the creature comforts your family could want.
Built in 2016, it’s fully self-contained with four bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests—perfect for families or groups.
Just 10 minutes from Victor Harbor, you can unwind beneath the gumtrees in a peaceful rural setting, or head into town to explore Granite island and the local attractions.

Standard Stay
$210 per night for 3 guests
(Based on 2 adults and 1 child – please contact us to customise your booking)

The Barn can accommodate up to 10 people. For group bookings or specific needs, please get in touch to tailor your stay.
Cancellation Policy and other details
- A $150 deposit* is required to secure any booking if booked with Breakaway Farmstay.
- Please note a $40 cleaning fee applies to all bookings.
- Cancellation notified more than 30 days prior to the first date booked will be entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid.
- Cancellations notified 30 days or less and more than 14 days prior to the first date booked will forfeit the full deposit unless the booking is transferred to another available date.
- Cancellations 14 days or less prior to the first date booked will forfeit all monies paid if another booking is received from another party for that time. All refunds are subject to adjustment for any commission paid.
*For all bookings made through V3 you will be charged the full amount up front.
