The Barn
The Barn sits just up on the rise, with an excellent fit-out for those wanting the farmstay experience with a few more creature comforts for the whole family.
Build in 2016, the Barn is completely self-contained with 4 bedrooms, and can sleep up to 10 guests.

Our Rates
Min 3 Guests
$210 per night for 3 people,
Based on 2 adults and 1 child (please contact us directly if you want to customise your booking)
Adults:
$50 per night for an extra adult
Children:
Babies under 2 years are free
Children 2-12 years are $40 per night
The Barn can accommodate up to 10 people.
It is self-contained accommodation and no breakfast is provided.

A $150 deposit* is required to secure any booking if booked with Breakaway Farmstay.
Please note a $80 cleaning fee applies to all bookings.
*For all bookings made through V3 you will be charged the full amount up front.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation notified more than 30 days prior to the first date booked will be entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid.
- Cancellations notified 30 days or less and more than 14 days prior to the first date booked will forfeit the full deposit unless the booking is transferred to another available date.
- Cancellations 14 days or less prior to the first date booked will forfeit all monies paid if another booking is received from another party for that time. All refunds are subject to adjustment for any commission paid.
